Innovative Leader In 3PL Services

Tony Marks was raised in an entrepreneurial family and as a young boy worked for his father, who started and owned several companies. That environment equipped him with the vision and skills to some day own his own business.

In 1994, Tony founded TMT Logistics, Inc. and in 1999, TMT ventured into warehousing services, leasing its first facility in Archbold, Ohio.

TMT next expanded into yard management in 2003, added transportation brokerage services in 2004 and in 2006 added contract packaging services. Case pick distribution and pallet distribution centers were added in 2008 and 2009, respectively.

Today, TMT is a regional leader in Third Party Logistics (3PL), providing Total Supply Chain services to its many customers.

From yard management to transportation to warehousing, re-packaging and distribution, TMT touches every phase of getting a finished product to market. TMT company is well known for providing innovative solutions to its customers’ needs, thereby increasing their speed to market.

TMT has 250 employees. The company’s six facilities – four in northwest Ohio, one in North Carolina and one in Kentucky – together provide more than 1.6 million square feet of warehouse space. TMT has more than 250 fleet vehicles, including van trailers, plate trailers and reefer trailers.

Through the years, TMT has weathered sweeping changes to the transportation industry and an up-and-down economy. On the strength of Tony Marks’ “can do” attitude, TMT has not only survived – it has thrived, experiencing several years of double-digit growth.

TMT strives to be a socially, civically and environmentally responsible company. It provides employment opportunities to persons with disabilities and sponsors many community civic functions, charities and sports teams. TMT donated its transportation services in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, hauling several tons of supplies to the New Orleans area. TMT is also committed to “green” efforts and for several years has run a recycling program at its various facilities.

The future is a bright one for TMT, as the company looks for new opportunities to expand and improve its services. More than ever, TMT is committed to its mission “to be the most professional and reliable Total Supply Chain Solution providing value to the customer.”
