Tony Marks grew up in an entrepreneurial family that started and owned several businesses. Tony got his start in the transportation industry in the early 1990’s and in 1994 founded TMT Logistics. From that modest beginning, TMT has grown into a full-service third-party logistics company, offering transportation, packaging, warehousing, distribution and yard management services. As President and CEO, Tony is responsible for sales, long-range planning and setting the company’s goals and priorities.

Scott Harvey joined TMT in 2008. A veteran of the transportation and food manufacturing industries, Scott most recently worked for the Campbell Soup Company and Frito Lay, Inc., where he was part of the management team of safety, packaging, production and warehousing operations. Scott holds an Associate of Arts from Minot State University in North Dakota and a Bachelor of Science from Eastern Michigan University. As VP of Operations, Scott is responsible for day-to-day operations, customer service and sales.

Dawn Nye joined the TMT team in 2007. She came to TMT with 25 years of senior level management experience leading a Tier 1 supplier to the “Big Three” in the North American automotive industry. Since joining the TMT team her role has expanded from packaging services to include warehousing services at two facilities in the Henry County, Ohio area. As VP of Packaging and Warehousing, Dawn is responsible for the overall management of those divisions.

Carrie Belcher joined the TMT team in 2004. She is a graduate of The University of Toledo (Ohio), where she obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration while majoring in human resources. Carrie holds PHR certification and is an active member of the National Society of Human Resource Management. She has held management positions in many industries including retail, health care and transportation. In 2007, Carrie was promoted from human resources manager to her current VP position. She is responsible for all aspects of human resources and marketing.

Dennis Edgar

Dennis Edgar, named Transportation Operations Manager in 2009, has been with TMT, Inc. since the inception of the company in 1994. Dennis got his start in the transportation industry in 1982 and a few years later joined Tony Marks Trucking as a dispatcher. He has held several other positions at TMT, including driver, billing and payroll. As Transportation Operations Manager, Dennis is responsible for the overall management of the company’s transportation division.
Dennis gained valuable transportation experience during his three years in the U.S. Army, where he coordinated assignments for highway equipment convoys and truck deployments in the European Theater.
