Our team has significant experience in the food industry. We are highly skilled with trackability for recall and hold processes. In fact, we have received World Class Rating from a major packaged food manufacturer, and are the only contract packager to receive this rating from this customer.
Adaptability
We cross-train our team members to work every production line. This enables our packaging team to provide quick turnaround times and easily flex production lines for a quick changeover, allowing to manage our customers’ high and low volume periods with confidence and efficiency.
Technology
We’ve made significant investments in state-of-the art packaging equipment to further improve our throughput and efficiency. This includes 2-up film capability, high-speed robotics and conveyor-based, horizontal flow wrapping of pallets.
Our WMS is RedPrairie, and we utilize the labor management function to capture and analyze front-line employee time data. This helps us increase production efficiency and control labor costs.
